The electro-mechanical barriers are designed to regulate vehicle access in intensive applications, such as at the entrance of car parks and residential areas.
Columns come in standard orange colour with cataphoresis and thermosetting treatment. In car park applications, automatic barriers operate constantly, day-in, day-out.

That’s why the is equipped with a fan-cooled motor, to cope with particularly intensive lifting and lowering of the boom.

The new limit switch can be easily adjusted to reduce speed in approaching.

Our new range of 24 Vdc gear motor can be used for longer periods and comes with an electromechanical barrier gate operator with encoder.
Technical Specifications


Powerful and quick : Electromechanical 24Vdc gear motor, 300W power and up to 250Nm torque. It opens up completely (90°) in just 1.8 seconds (Signo3), 3 seconds (Signo4), 6 seconds (Signo6). Models with a 230Vac or 110Vac power supply.

Genius : A master/slave selection automatically synchronizes two barriers set opposite each other. Thus, it is possible to automate entries maximum 8 and 12m (for Signo4 and Signo6 respectively).

Intelligent : The manoeuvre will invert automatically if the bar comes into contact with an obstacle. Furthermore, the software also cuts in automatically to correct any eventual lack of balance linked to variations in the climate or due to a lack of maintenance.


Safe : Acceleration and deceleration at the beginning and end of each opening and closing manoeuvre.


Convenient : Separate compartments for electronics and mechanics provide easy access to the control unit which is positioned under the upper removable cover of the cabinet. The front leaf provides access to the mechanical parts only.


Unit : The sophisticated and well-developed control unit utilizes a revolutionary force, speed and deceleration management system. With the help of nice encoder technology, there is no need to adjust the limit switches which are automatically detected by simply pressing a button.

• The barrier will close immediately after the vehicle has passed through
• It has two types of traffic-light type signals
• There is an automatic safety test at the beginning of each manoeuvre
• Constant resistance STOP input for connecting the last generation sensitive edges
• There is a manoeuvre counter and it is possible to programme the maintenance alarm threshold
